TAC Centre, Inc., an international telecommunications company, announces its sponsorship of the North East Area Regional Members Users Group (NEARMUG) 2006 annual Conference. This local chapter of the Nortel Network Users Group plans professional development workshops where new and existing end users can learn more about ways to maximize the usefulness of their Nortel platforms and accessories. In addition, attendees are exposed to cutting edge technology in the latest products and product modifications.

Among the sources of useful information at this year’s users meeting will be the opportunity to learn more about Chrysalis. This innovative Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) solution has been found to be compatible with the Nortel communications platform. Taking advantage of Nortel’s open interfaces, CTI products can utilize such features as intelligent caller routing in the contact center.

Because NEARMUG is the primary resource for Nortel Network users in the North East Region, TAC Centre is pleased to sponsor this meeting. The five chapters from New England and New York that comprise NEARMUG are effective in their work with user organizations.
